Share Evidence-Based Information
When offering training, nutrition, or recovery advice, ground your contributions in research or documented experience. Avoid unsubstantiated claims. When unsure, ask for sources and remain open to learning from corrections offered by the community.
Maintain Professionalism
Disagreements are healthy, but keep discussions civil and focused on ideas—not personal attacks. Critique methods and concepts freely; respect individuals always. No harassment, spam, or promotion of unrelated content.
